Our Guarantee

Our writing instruments are built to last—with proper use and care, your writing instrument will be by your side ready to write your story for many years to come. All our writing instruments are covered under our 90 day Guarantee: If your writing instrument should fail to function properly or should the protective finish fail, we will gladly repair or replace it for free.

 

Our 90 day guarantee does not cover:

  • Consumables such as pencil leads, erasers and ink refills exhausted in the course of normal use 

  • Fountain pen nibs 

  • Cosmetic damage, i.e. wear, tear, scuffs, scratches, or scrapes that does not hinder the performance of the pen

  • Damages caused by abuse, or neglect

  • Loss or theft

  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs.

 

 

IF YOU NEED TO SEND YOUR PEN BACK TO US

Send an email to mike@penandinkpens.com and we'll forward you all the paperwork needed to send us your pen.​ Make sure to include the following information:​

  • ​Order Number​

  • Description of the issue

  • Date of purchase

  • Your first and last name​

Once you have the return information, securely package up your pen, and send it to us at the  address noted on the return form. It is highly recommended that you get insurance and a tracking number for your delivery as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit to us.​

When your pen is ready to be discharged and sent back home, we'll cover the shipping costs and will send you an email confirmation that your pen has been discharged and include the Canada Post tracking number.
